PADI Discover Scuba Diving - 207 US$

The PADI Discover Scuba Diving program allows those who have never tried it to safely experience the same sense of wonder and excitement shared every day by scuba divers throughout the world. Under the careful supervision of a PADI Instructor, participants actually go on a scuba dive in shallow, calm water.

PADI Open Water Diver - 551 US$

Five easy steps in the classroom and the pool will prepare you for a fun loaded approach to the beautiful underwater world. The PADI open Water Diver Course includes 4 open water dives under the guidance of an experienced PADI Instructor. After certification, you are enabled to dive all around the world.

Program Description

• 5 Knowledge Development sessions
• 5 Skills Development sessions in a pool or pool-like conditions
• 4 Scuba dives in open water
• Earns the PADI Open Water Diver certification, enabling you to buy or rent scuba equipment and dive without direct instructor supervision

PADI Advanced Open Water Diver - 562 US$

Even more fun is waiting for you after achieving the status of an open water diver - The PADI Advanced Course: Five action and fun loaded dives which pump up your skills and knowledge by simply having fun.

Program Description

• 5 Specialty Dives
• Emphasis on learning during actual open water dives
• Each dive credited toward corresponding Specialty Diver program
• Develops skills in and introduces you to night diving, deep diving, underwater navigation and two to six other specialties you and your instructor choose

Emergency First Response - 155 US$

Look for the Medic First Aid code for stores teaching first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Many divers take the Emergency First Response courses to meet program prerequisites, such as PADI Rescue Diver, or as preparation for becoming a PADI Divemaster. However, most have also found the EFR program to be important in everyday life. They have taken a significant step into preparation for emergencies, and feel confident that they can provide care should an emergency situation arise.

• Teaches CPR and first aid in an integrated system as used by EMTs, but at a layperson's level
• Nondiving specific - nondivers may take Medic First Aid

This engrossing program teaches you to focus on other divers, as well as yourself, and shows you how to recognize and prevent a diving accident before it occurs, and how to respond if one does. Although the subject matter is serious, the course is both intensely rewarding and enjoyable.

PADI Specialty Courses

Specialty courses introduce you to the various techniques of scuba diving with distinguished tasks. Similan Divers offers a wide range of PADI Specialty courses for all divers and non-divers according to their level of experience.
